Job Description
 Consortio have partnered with an international ship owner. They have a fleet of owned and managed LNG and LPG vessels operating around the world. Our client provides a range of services from technical management through to bunkering. A major reason why they have remained at the forefront of developments in the gas sector is that their fleet and business has always been driven by innovation. You can expect to join an ambitious and friendly team in their European office. This is a role to commercially operate five gas tanker vessels. You will be responsible for communicating relevant charter party information with the master’s on board these ships. It will also be your responsibility to appoint agents and negotiate fees with port agencies. Another key element of this job will be calculating and settling demurrage claims. Our client places huge emphasis on team work and therefore you will also assist the chartering department as when needed. To be considered for this role you need to meet the following criteria; 3+ years in commercial vessel operations. Experience operating tanker vessels is essential. Ship Owner exposure would be advantageous. Must have existing EU residency and working rights. Speak fluent English. The business supports and encourages your personal and professional development offering an exciting and challenging job within a growing and dynamic company.  For achieving results, you will be provided with a competitive salary and benefits such as fixed 13th month and a premium free pension.
