An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Coordinator to join the team based in Valbonne, FR
What are your main tasks and responsibilities?
Inside Sales Team:
o Directly contribute to Order Intake value targets in assigned region / accounts
o Pro-actively provide account management (from the office) to selected Customers. Advice in a consultative way, strengthen long term relationships and increase Order Intake / Revenue by selling up or upgrading solutions
o Under the Sales Manager guidance, engage to prospective customers from the office when possible
o Under the guidance of the Sales Manager create proposition, quotations, conduct negotiations and close deals using company strategy and management guidelines
o Prepare the administrative part of a tender under Sales Manager / Sales Expert guidance. Liaise internally where necessary to collect the relevant and up-to-date information
o Register and update sales information such as leads, contact information or opportunities in the company business systems (CRM)
o Handle customer calls and email requests and send sales information to customers (e.g. lead times, product descriptions)
o Monitor generic email inboxes for customer requests
o Check order upon receipt
o Register orders in the company business systems (CRM, Navision)
o Communicate with the customer on the order handling process and status
o Ensure that all information is entered in the company business systems for a timely reporting to keep the organisation informed
o Strong CRM Management
o Gather market information by active search and registering in the company business systems
o Send out marketing information to customers as per marketing strategy
What do we expect from you?
International Sales education
Fluent spoken and written French and English
3 years of sales support experience in B2B is considered an advantage
You have a good working knowledge of MS Office (essential), ERP and CRM (advantage) applications.
You have a strong work ethic and are autonomous to fulfil tasks
You are open to new technology and environment that is in a constant change.
You are a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills and are dedicated to customer focus.
Knowledge of the maritime environment and products is an advantage.
