Ole Nielsen, who, until the end of the year is employed as Purchasing- and Insurance Manager by Danske Færger will as owner of HASYTEC Scandinavia GmbH move to the other side of the table as seller.
HASYTEC Scandinavia have obtained the rights in Scandinavian and Nordic countries to sell and install the products from HASYTEC Electronics.
HASYTEC Electronics are based in Kiel and have in the last couple of year won many awards for their ultra sound equipment to prevent marine growth. The system is primarily used in coolers, pipes, propellers and hulls.
At the end of May the company won two prizes from Pitch Blue, which is the organization of German ship owners. The company won both the prize of the jury and that of the audience.
This was added to the prizes Hansa Maritime Innovator Award og Environmental Performance Award which were won in 2017.
