Reporting directly into the General Manager, you will have full license to organise and manage your workload completely free from micro-management and restrictive corporate ruling. Instead, you will flourish in this role as a confident communicator and as somebody who can draw on his/her previous seafaring experience to effectively advise and support your colleagues across the business. This will flow in tandem with an enthusiasm for training and conducting audits, plus you will an active and able relationship developer as you cement ties with crews, vessel owners, charterers as well as internal and external support functions.For this role, you will:Have sailed to the rank of Master or Chief Officer Hold a COC - I / COC - II Possess extensive knowledge of ISM systems, ISPS and ISO 14001 Embody a positive, forward-thinking attitude Ideally hold lead auditor or DPA qualifications Be eligible to live and work in the UK Have excellent communicational skillsOn offer is the opportunity to work with one of the shipping industry’s leading companies.
