The price for one year Featured Listing is 299$.
 
You need to register a company user, click the confirmation link in the e-mail send to you (check spam box if not received) and then you go to the dashboard and chose companies in the drop down menu and add listing.  
 
If your company is listed in the directory with the text "Claim this listing" you just need to be logged in with a company user account, then you can claim the listing. You need to claim the listing with an e-mail from same domain as company website in order to take over the company listing.
