What will you do?
Not all of our staff works at sea, believe it or not! So we’re looking for a HR Business Partner to provide proactive and strategic support on all HR matters within our shore organization. Your main mission is to support the execution of our strategic HR Business Plan, by driving, influence and advice on all people aspects such as organization change, structures, people processes and business improvement initiatives.

The role:

Challenge and guide managers when it comes to employee development, performance, employee relations, annual appraisals and HR issues in line with company policy
Day to day support for managers in operational HR matters
Guard and implements HR policies and legislative changes
Project lead implementation of our new work force development system, Quinyx
Be a part as well as lead in different HR-projects
Make work environment a cool, interesting area to focus on and work systematic with

Who are you?

The must-have’s:

Bachelor degree or equivalent within HR
At least five years of experience from working as a HR Business Partner or similar HR-role, preferable from a matrix organization with operational focus
Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken, and experienced user of MS Office
